Touching Africa Ministries was founded in 2008 by Dr. Michael and Ann Elliott. The Elliott's are also the founders and pastors of Regency Christian Worship Center in Aurora, Colorado. Over the years, their ministry has taken them to several countries including; China, Russia, Mexico, Canada, and Ethiopia.
Touching Africa Ministries conducts an annual Leadership Conference in Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia. Touching Africa Ministries also conducts an annual Ministry Conference and a Regional Pastors Conference in Assosa, Ethiopia.
